Jejuri Revisited

Living on the Edge : Two trees standing tall on the edge of the Purandar fort, facing the wind and rain with courage. The branches and leaves have forgot their original shapes coza the wind, yet portraying their beauty.

Man Udhaan Varyache : It was just a coincidence that i found a group of ppl standing and admiring the beauty of the area around Purandar fort. Cropped out the other ppl from the frame. Whats going on in his mind @ this moment??

This is the pradakshina passage of the bhuleshwar temple near Jejuri. Normally in any temple the entire temple is covered from top, whereas this one doesnt have a roof on top as a result the small gap showers natural light inside the temple enhances the beauty of the sculptures and the art work done on the rocks. Just look at the horizontal gaps created on the pillars carefully i have something for you related to it in the following images.

One of the beautiful sculptures from the temple.

This is the enlarged/ closeup view of the gaps created on the pillars.

my fav Panorama.. i saw them coming.. yea.. the monsoon clouds..

Small small art works enhances the beauty of the temple. This is on the stairs of the temple.

Every image has a story : You might be knowing wats behind this one..
